Lauzes 35

A bit smaller than N° 35 in the Clairière, is N° 35 Les Lauzes. This apartment is situated in the hamlet of “Creve Coeur”. With a surface area of 35 m² it is suitable for 4 to 6 persons. It gives directly on to the ski slopes with a supermarket and the ski school nearby. The apartment is on the first floor and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, hot plate, micro-wave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. It has a big living room with three bed settees, a cosy dining corner and radio and television. There is one separate bedroom equipped with a bunk bed and its draw bed (that can make a doublebed with the lower bunk) which sleeps three. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet. The balcony has a great view of the ski slopes, where during the day skiers come smoothly slaloming down and in the evening the children slide down on their sledges.

As you wake, a quick glance out of the window will allow you to see the early morning sun and the number of skiers already out and about. The ski locker is directly under the apartment, at the point at which one exits the building to join the slope. It couldn’t be easier. You can park your car directly in front of the building, in order to unload the luggage. There is a lift if necessary. Water and electricity are included in the price. Bed sheets and towels should either be brought or can be rented in Valmorel. The apartment is available from four o’clock in the afternoon on the day of arrival and must be vacated (left clean and tidy) on the day of departure by ten o’clock in the morning. Upon arrival a deposit of 200 euros is payable which wil be refunded after the apartment has been checked just before your departure. Any breakages will be deducted from the 200 euros.
